User Data Deletion Instructions

JHEZZZ Publisher is a private content management and publishing workflow for owned artist content. If you connected a Meta, Facebook, Instagram or TikTok account and want your associated data deleted, please send a request to juansamuel812@gmail.com with the subject “Data Deletion Request”.

What data can be deleted

After receiving your request, we will delete or anonymize the following data associated with your connected account:

• connected social account identifiers
• profile / account metadata received from Meta or Instagram
• publishing workflow records associated with the connected account

What may be retained

We will not delete data that must be retained for legal, security, or audit purposes. In those cases, the data is kept only for as long as the applicable obligation requires and is not used for any other purpose.

Response time

We aim to process valid deletion requests within 7 to 30 days of receipt. We may contact you to confirm your identity or the scope of the request before proceeding.
